The safety and well-bring of our Riedman customers, employees and communities are out top priority during these unprecedented times. At this time in accordance with Governor Andrew Cuomo order, all of our model home will be closed. Beginning immediately and until further notice, we will only provide personalized tours by appointment or you can access our models by using self-guided tour by NterNow*.

As we continue to monitor the rapidly changing situation we want you to know we are still responding to your Warranty Requests. However, until further notice, to minimize potential exposure between staff, homeowners and skilled trades, warranty requests will be limited to emergency repairs only, (i.e., repairs requiring immediate attention to prevent extensive property damage or personal injury). All other requests will be prioritized and addressed at the earliest opportunity once conditions improve. Homeowners should continue to submit any warranty requests through our website.
